The app

PorTres is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Any optional purchases are made through your Apple ID and billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Fair use of the tools

The website tools are free for personal and club use. Schedules, scores and rankings are provided as a convenience: the organiser of an event remains responsible for its rules, results and prizes. Padel rules quoted in our guides are summaries; for official competition, the governing body’s current rulebook applies.

Your content

Event names and player names you enter stay yours. When you share a results link, you’re responsible for having your players’ agreement to share their names.

No warranty

PorTres and the website tools are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
