Common questions

The other score didn’t fill in

Auto-fill works in total points mode (e.g. 24: type 13 and the other side becomes 11). In “first to N” mode the loser’s score is left for you to type; in timed mode both scores are free.

Someone has to leave or arrives late

In the web generator, start a new event with the updated list; scores already entered are kept on the old share link if you sent one.

Where are my events?

On the device where you created them. The website keeps one event per browser; the app keeps your history on your iPhone.

Restore purchases

Open PorTres → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Which deuce rule should we use?

Social play mostly uses the golden point; competitions under FIP and LTA Grades 1–2 use the Star Point. See padel scoring and the Star Point guide.
